Contact Sheri for a discovery call and assessment to determine how an equine-assisted experiential workshop could be customized to meet your organization's employee training goals. After determining your organizational/employee goals, we will reserve a timeframe. During the discovery call, we will also discuss what themes you are initially thinking would best meet your training goals. Common themes include: - teambuilding - stress management - communication - leadership and followership - strategic planning, and problem solving. This event (and the fee) encompasses a pre-workshop assessment and a post-workshop action plan with follow up. Price is negotiated based on number of participants and location.
