Service Description

Do you ever wonder why you have so many wild horses (conflicting thoughts) running around in your head whenever you need to make a decision? Do you wish you could decode the chatter and corral these horses so you act with peaceful calm, clear intention, and confidence when making decisions? If so, you are not alone. This half-day afternoon workshop will offer life-changing information about why we have these different voices (characters) in our heads, what valuable messages they deliver, and how we can have a "brain huddle" with our herd, sort out who is dominating the conversation and why, and consciously act with clarity, confidence, and compassion, listening to all our voices but making choices about which voice to listen to at that time. Although many sources are tapped to support this workshop, much of the material will be based on the book "Whole Brain Living: The Anatomy of Choice and the Four Characters That Drive Our Life" by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, a Harvard trained neuroanatomist. You will receive "cliff notes" about the key points in this book. And, as with any of these workshops, you will enjoy an experiential session with the horses, who will be your personal and ultimate guides. This workshop typically accommodates a maximum of 6 people, 2 minimum to conduct. Please contact Sheri at Sheri@hchorsemanship.com or 406-431-6433 if you have any questions.
