Service Description

This is a one-day workshop for leaders and management teams that is customized to meet your organization's training goals. The content would draw on "The Power of the Herd: A Nonpredatory Approach to Social Intelligence, Leadership, and Innovation" and "The Five Roles of the Master Herder: A Revolutionary Model For Socially Intelligent Leadership" by Linda Kohanov. The workshop would also incorporate work by Deb Dana and Dr. Stephen Porges related to how our nervous system responds to perceived threats and how we can anchor in well-being and regulation so that we aren't hijacked by fight, flight, or freeze responses when making decisions or interacting with others in the context of our professional work environments.
